Merge remote-tracking branch 'qubesos/pr/30'
* qubesos/pr/30: qubes-bug-report coding style 4 spaces instead of tabs and using += operator qubes-bug-report subprocess removed, refactored and fixed pacman command for archlinux packages Tool to create bug reports. Fixes QubesOS/qubes-issues#901
