As discussed/agreed, this commit removes the dates from the manual pages
belonging to the qubes-* and qvm-* utilities, except for that of
qvm-shutdown, which is handled by another commit.
If someone really needs it for debuging he/she should be able to either
do it manually (xl network-attach...) or at worst case retrieve this
tool from git history.
