block: fix handling non-existing devices
Don't yield None as DeviceInfo object. The device-get: event handlers
are expecte to yield anything only when there is a device.

Rename vm.qdb to vm.untrusted_qdb
QubesDB can be freely modified by a VM, so one should take care when
reading any data retrieved from it.
