Deprecate property-del:name events and introduce property-reset:name instead 
And the same for -pre- events.

The property-del name is really confusing (it makes sense only for those
with deep knowledge of the implementation), because the property isn't
really deleted - it is only reverted to the "default" state (which most
properties have). So, name the event property-reset, intentionally
similar to property-set, as it is also kind of a value change.

Additionally the property-reset event is meant to be called when the
(dynamic) default value changes. Due to the current implementation, it
is a manual process so it can't be guaranteed to be called in all those
cases, but lets try to cover as much as possible.

it's unused and has a netid property with name different than key
that would cause issues in the next commit

base: add method for getting default property value 
Allow to get default value even it isn't set currently. This will allow
(G)UI to present better view, without duplicating logic for default
value.

63c09a090c qubes: Combat import cycles 
This commit eliminates import statements happening in the middle of the
file (between two classes definition). The cycles are still there. The
only magic module is qubes itself.

06cc064c8c qubes/tests: split init to init1 and init2 
This is to keep the correct order of the tests. The exact dependency
graph is somewhat complicated and contains several cycles.

b4d51b016b core3: some properties can be set only once 
Some properties should not be changed by user at will (like UUID). The
solution is to make them write-once, so they will be set when loading
from XML and frozen for the lifespan of the object holding the property.
When desperately needed, users may edit XML by hand.

af154b53fe qubes: change names of XML generating methods 
Methods returning lxml.etree.Elements are called xml_ or lvxml_, meant for
qubes.xml or libvirt respectively.

6ec86ec9f7 qubes: property may be unset by assinging DEFAULT 
Introducing qubes.property.DEFAULT special value, which may be assigned to any
property. Result is the same as del'ing a property.
