Disable unnecessary Upstart, Init and XDG Autostart serices. #209
...
Move unneded /etc/init/*.conf services to /etc/init/*.conf.disabled.
Start CUPS only in AppVM and UtilityVM.
Start XDG Autostart applications only in domains that makes sense for them.
