Package DNF plugin for both python2 and python3
...
DNF in Fedora 22 uses python2, but in Fedora 23 - python3. Package both
of them, in separate packages (according to Fedora packaging guidelines)
and depend on the right one depending on target distribution version.

dispvm: close all windows after apps prerun ( #872 )
...
Killing Xorg makes "unclean" termination of applications. Some apps
(Firefox) complains about that at next startup.

Move meminfo-writer to linux-utils repo
