vm/dispvm: use of user-provided DispVM settings ( #651 )

When /rw/home/user/.qubes-dispvm-customized is present use /rw/home/user
instead of default /etc/dispvm-dotfiles.tbz. Also make sure that /rw will not
remain mounted during DispVM creation.
