Fix kdialog --progressbar usage
...
Returned dbus reference is multi-word string, it was not quoted on
purpose. ShellCheck was wrong about it.

qubes-rpc: fix issues found by shellcheck
...
Most of them are missing quotes, `` -> $(), and -o/-a usage in
conditions. Also add few directives disabling checks where were too
verbose.

Ask for target VM for file-copy in dom0
...
This way:
- VM prompt do know VM list, the list may be filtered based on policy
- source VM don't learn name of target VM

qvm-copy-to-vm: implement --ignore-symlinks option
...
Can be useful when copying to VM which doesn't support symlinks (or user
doesn't have privilege to create it).
