Fedora now needs this sudoer rule. Allows sudo to keep the `QT_X11_NO_MITSHM` ENV
variable which prevents MIT-SHM errors for Fedora and Debian when running a QT
application:
`Defaults env_keep += "QT_X11_NO_MITSHM"`
