Renamed DispVM and "Is DispVM template" for more readability

Browse Source 
Replaced instances of "Default DispVM" and "Is DVM Template" with
more readable "Default Disposable VM Template" and "Disposable VM Template"
respectively. Added tooltips.

fixes QubesOS/qubes-issues#4935
