changed it to be more intuitive and less annoying.
I might have forgotten to include the .ui file.
Added a shortcut to template manager to qube manager main window and some minor pylint fixes.
A working template manager; at the moment it only provides means to easily change templates of multiple VMs at once, but it should also give tools to install new templates. fixes QubeSOS/qubes-issues#4085
